1. Right to Cancel
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your agreement and return the product within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the transaction.
2. Exception to the Right to Cancel
Your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content that you have started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire, or to services which have been fully performed or which you have started to use (such as using purchased credits to process images). By using the credits or service, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
3. Refund Process
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. You can contact us through our Contact page. If your refund request is approved, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay.
4. Service Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our services or if the output quality is significantly below reasonable expectations due to a system error, please contact our support team. We may offer a refund or credit restoration at our discretion.
